Details: James Lewis, CEO of Bamfords Auctioneers & Valuers, is a regular face and voice on television and radio, he is without doubt one of the most recognised personalities in the international antiques world with extensive knowledge and expertise in fine furniture, sculpture and interiors and leads the Bamfords team, along with other specialists, on single owner country homes and estate auctions.  James is one of the leading auctioneers in the UK having been a winner of the UK Auctioneer of the Year Award. He is also an advisor to the British Government advising on objects contained within 10 Downing Street.  James is a passionate wildlife supporter and is a patron of the Born Free Foundation alongside Joanna Lumley, Martin Clunes and Virginia McKenna, he has also recently been appointed a patron of the International Gorilla Foundation alongside Stanley Johnson.
