It is with great sadness that we report the death of Tony Turner, a stalwart campaigner and County Councillor for the North Wolds Division of Lincolnshire County Council for well over 20 years until he stood down at the 2021 elections. In fact Tony was first elected as a Councillor in 1954 when he won election to the Cleethorpes Borough Council and continued as an elected representative, either in Cleethorpes or North Wolds, throughout his life. 

He will be greatly missed by all who worked with him and benefited from his knowledge, dedication, hard work and integrity. Our condolences and thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
