Starter

• Deep Fried Somerset Brie (v) with Carlton Crab Apple Jelly and Lemon Dressed Leaves; or
• Shredded Ham Hock Salad with Little Gem, Peach Chutney and Pickles

Main

• Duo of Gressingham Duck and Orange with Confit Leg and Roasted Breast; or
• Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding with Horseradish and Beef Gravy; or
• Pea and Mint Risotto (v) with Balsamic Reduction and Deep Fried Leeks

All served with Colcannon mash and Seasonal vegetables

Dessert

• Vanilla Poached Pear with Lemon Posset and Star Anise Reduction; or
• 'Shiny Night Pudding' Rich Chocolate Sponge with Glossy Chocolate Sauce
